Creating interactive ebooks using iBooks Author, at Apple Store Shinsaibashi

This session will focus on creating interactive ebooks for education using iBooks Author. The presenters have created nine interactive ebooks to date, with more in production, for use by the students at Osaka Jogakuin University in its content-based English course.

As every student at OJU has an iPad, the iBooks Author program allows teachers to take advantage of the features of Apple's iBooks and create a more dynamic language learning experience.

Presenters will share what they have learned, in English and Japanese, about creating interactive books for the iPad and give advice about creating teaching materials using iBooks Author.
